    I am not a person that leaves a negative review without first trying to reach out to the business. I messaged Chad several times with no response.

    I first worked with CL Services on a backyard project. At first everything looked okay, he was to remove trees and the roots, remove backfill, yellow clay around the house and build foundation back up, lay sod and build a fence. The sod was probably the only job that I was happy with. The fences never closed properly, by spring trees were growing back and worst of all water leakage in my basement. I’d never had problems with leakage before he did work around my house. When it was brought to his attention he blew it off and didn’t even offer an apology. I spent hundreds fixing what he said had been completed. Talked to other companies and they all told me the work had not been done properly.

    Secondly and what makes me more upset in the end, is that he offered his services in book keeping for my small business. What he promised would take a month, stretched into 4-5 months. When I got the bill and asked for the hours he worked to explain the bill, he couldn’t provide them. Told me everything was good to go to be filed for taxes but when I took to my accountant she said nothing had been inputted properly and I had to pay a couple thousand to redo all his work.

    When I reached out again to see if he could explain the situation before it came to this all he said was that he would look into it, said he had his sister doing the work (is she even a bookkeeper?) and then ignored the rest of my messages. I have not been able to reach him since.

    Had he offered an apology and made things right, or at least communicated with me I would not be leaving this review.
