    I strongly caution anyone considering Worry-Free Services. I paid a premium during an emergency after the October 4, 2024 windstorm, and the experience has been deeply disappointing—both in work quality and customer care.
    Despite clear terms in the quote (removal of all debris and overhanging branches), the job was incomplete. Branches were left behind, my eaves were damaged (now pooling water), my fence was compromised, and my Christmas lights were knocked down. Even my neighbour’s yard was a mess—only cleaned after they complained.
    I moved debris to the front to help—yet your team still left a significant mess. "Tree removal" includes clean-up and hauling; every other quote I got made that clear. I was charged more than double what others quoted, yet Worry-Free failed to deliver even basic service or professionalism.
    Worse, after I left an honest review and began coordinating a clean-up plan with the owner, the team entered my property without permission—a direct violation of our agreement. I tried to de-escalate, but the breach of trust was jarring.
    Clean-up efforts have been minimal. Debris remains, the quoted branch removal over the fence was never completed, and no repairs were made to the eaves, fence, or lights. I've repeatedly asked for written communication due to accessibility needs—but my requests have been ignored. Calls and unscheduled visits continue.
    When I raised these concerns in 2024 (**** ***** ********), I was ****** *** told the damage pre-existed. I have a pre-storm inspection report with photos that prove otherwise.
