    contacted Hydeout in December, met on zoom, discussed options of training, our understanding my husband would attend training with the dog, small group sessions with other likeminded dogs; paid 337.50 Dec 28, 22 etransfer; January 19 paid remaining 337.50; advised training would be 3 afternoons a week, for four hours each time; took dog Feb 6th was told to leave the dog ; came back 5pm found dog alone in a huge training room alone, crying and visibly shaken; was told medical emergency trainer had to leave an hour ago, left dog didn't call for us to pick up; that night dog was visibly shaken and would not eat and had to be held all night, sullen; that behavior continued for two weeks, would not go to dog groomers, when had been there no problem for 2 years, all kinds of odd behavioral problems; Feb 7 wrote kind email expressed concerns , two too long hours and not with my husband; Hydeout owner agreed ; shifted sessions to one on one with her and my husband; met the next time training time went all right; received email instructions on what to do till next time which would be 3 weeks later March 1st, which was stated in Hydeout's email from owner to us; March 1st we had double booked a hair appointment for my husband so cancelled that, paid for that and husband and dog showed up for training March 1st, was told no not today Hydeout owner had it written down as March 3rd; March 3rd 1/2 hour prior to training I receive a call from owner, I'm sorry I have a medical emergency and can't make it, we need to reschedule, I said ok, she said she would call back soon; she texted Monday 6th -weekends work best for me (training agreed Mon Wed Friday pm) ; told her doesn't work for us, she said ok get back to you in the afternoon; March 7th I text her - any suggestions yet:? No response; then suggests Tuesday afternoons; I said conflicts with our schedule; I outlined out frustrations ,let's agree to disagree, please refund; multiple texts, emails, phone messages -zero response
