    They fixed my roof last summer and did a terrific job!! The customer service was terrific and they got the job done in a very timely manner. Everyone on their team was very pleasant and helpful!!

    Guardian roofing worked on my patio shade in Fall 2022 as part of my house's previous owner's insurance claim. I bought the house in summer 2022 and had this repair of leaking patio shade covered in our purchase agreement. Guardian Roofing replaced some shades that required replacement but did not take care of the leakages elsewhere appropriately. I notified them and Mr. A***** was kind enough to visit a couple of times and did stop some leakages but not all. Some of the leakages were adjacent or where they worked to install the new panels. I reported the issues with picutures in few weeks time but they have not repaired them as of now. I followed up a few times with Mr. A***** who once was cooperative but mentioned that they were busy with other works and my issues could be address with a new quote only. * **** **** ** ** ***** ** ***** ************** *** ************ ********** ** ***** *** ****. It's more than a year now and another rainy season is approaching. * ***** *** ********* **** *** *** ****** *****

    Hail claim Aug 2022, took forever to get them to come out (they were company insurance was using). Asked to book in was told they were done for winter soon and the damage was not so bad we couldn’t wait until spring. Jan 2023 They contacted me I was told we would be one of first house to be done of season which started in late April early May weather pending. So with that information I signed the contract to have them come complete the job. I never heard anything end of May 2023 called office to be hung up on by receptionist when I asked to have someone call me (for the second time in over a week because no one called week before) to my contract or set a date for repairs. I then called directly the estimator who out who told me he could probably have someone here working the following week and get the job knocked out in a day. Now over two weeks has passed and no calls, no contact, job still not complete. * ** ** *********.
