    I have contacted the Regina Sports Performance Centre in person in February of 2024 to discontinue our monthly membership. The information was left and agreed that the account would be updated. A few months down the road, I noticed the amounts were still being withdrawn. I have attempted to try and find someone in person, and have had no luck at the times I have went, additionally have called and left several messages on the voicemail that I do not wish to continue paying. In July of this year, I puts a hold on my account to reverse these transactions, which is still costing me money but hopefully get someone's attention over there. I have been unsuccessful in cancelling out our membership, and would be owed back a total of ***.

    Money was taken out of my bank account again for the month of June. I went to the office today and spoke with a lady who provided me a number of the person who deals with memberships for the gym. The name is ***** ******** and the telephone number is ************. and there was nobody to speak with.
