    Ordered a tonneau cover and was told it oulf be a longer than average wait of 6 weeks, I said that's fine. 11½ weeks later I recoeved my package, opened it and all they sent was 2 rails and the fabric. No hardware, no instructions, no seals, they didn't even have the parts on the front bar to attatch to the rails! Super slow dealing with customer service...send pictures, send them again...hopefully I'll get the rest of the tonneau within the next 11½ weeks

    Truck point is a **** Ordered a ***** ****** exhaust for my car they were by far the cheapest on line.
    Paid in full via ****** Jan 9, 2023 , email confirming my order on the 10th sent me a email saying it was back ordered for 4 weeks on the 11th and they would have to cancel my order. I told them i would wait no problem because they were so much cheaper then any of the competitors.
    Got zero response still waiting for my money to be credited to my *** *** and have not heard a word back. In the meantime while waiting I called ***** and ask about lead times and they informed that there is no back order on the part ****** and that it could ship within 7 days. ***** ask what distributor I bought it from so they could resolve the issue for me. I was informed that Truck Point is not an authorized distributor and that they DO NOT buy ***** direct and that they miss priced the product too low and this is why they lied about the back order thus having to cancel my order.
    It’s fine to cancel the order but I am still waiting for my money to be released from ******
    Make sure truck point is an authorized distributor of whatever you are going to buy or they will hold on to your money for weeks.
