1 starWe spent almost $****** to replace our windows and 2 entry doors, front and back. We noticed after the front door was installed for not even an hour and the installers were still at the base of our driveway, that there was a huge dent and scratches. My husband sent pictures and contacted customer service. I made the installers aware of this when they came back and he stated that this is why he did not like colored doors because things get carried in and it shows every dent. He said that the guys carried a lot through the door and that the door did not come like this. He stated that he would take photos and let customer service know. We were told by customer service of this company that we did it and that the installers stated that we dented a steel door by rubbing something on it and fixing the door lock (which was only fixed from the inside and the dent is on the outside). They proceeded to state they would not fix it and that we could purchase a new door at cost to us?? This company ** ********** *** has terrible customer service. How would we dent a steel door? They refuse to give us a response and state that they are having internal discussions about how to proceed. I , * ************, ordered windows on 15th Aug, 2024. Windows should be installed within 3 months of the signed date of the contract as per the manager. Windows was not even ready even after completion of 3 rd months.
They are postponing the dates without considering the house owner's difficulties. They have to inform us early if they cannot install windows in the winter months. So we can take other measures. Now I am regretting to choose Weather Pro instead of my different company which provides the same quote.
I noticed they utilize the word close from the agreement " Due to the weather conditions " to postpone the dates. Everyone knows that the weather in Saskatchewan in the winter months will be cold. They provided me with a new date for windows installation in January 2025 after cancelled my Dec 6th appointment. We understand your concerns. The windows were manufactured within the promised timeframe; however, the installation had to be rescheduled due to unfavorable weather conditions during that period, as confirmed by our installer. Your installation is now scheduled for 2025-01-10, and we will carefully monitor the weather to ensure the installation is completed properly on that date. We are confident you will be satisfied with the results.
Regarding delays, please note that as outlined in the terms of our contract:
Delivery and installation are to be completed as soon as possible. The company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as severe weather, acts of nature, labor shortages, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, the timeline is adjusted accordingly.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
First they were over an hour late and didn’t even call to notify me. When installing the windows they cracked one, also I can even see that these windows weren’t installed properly.
So I’m waiting 3 months for my one window to be replaced.
They cancel my apt because they just can’t fit it in that day because they’re going out of town? Then why make an apt for one window over a month ago just to book over it?
So they reschedule me, that morning I’m late for work waiting for them to show, after an hour I call, no answer. The call back to tell me they forgot to call and my apt is cancelled again. The worker broke my exact one window again apparently so when the next shipment comes in in another two weeks then I’ll get an apt…pretty sure they didn’t even order my window in the first place.

That is not true at all, it has been since August and now it is mid-November. I called and they told me my window was not even ordered yet and that "it will get done when it gets done". 3 starsEntered into contract with WeatherPro Windows and doors in June. Exactly 12 months later, the project was completed. Quality of the windows is great and the installation passed energy audits. The installation crew works great together, very pleasant and willing to come back for deficiency correction. Now that everything is done, it looks great. Each window and door were custom manufactured for the rough openings in my house.
Unfortunately, it took longer than expected for materials to be delivered to the installer. Also, there is opportunity for the installation crew to improve their finishing skills. Numerous visits were required to correct deficiencies. Rescheduling of the installations was excessive. After taking time off work for the install, we would get a call to reschedule while we were waiting for the crew to arrive. Near the end I ran out of holiday time and my workplace got frustrated with the repeated changes. In addition, there was a difference of opinion on the scope of the project. Be persistent in advocating for yourself.
Ensure you understand the tiniest detail in the scope of the contract. For this project, building permit and siding were not specified in the contract and so that became a dispute. Project manager disappeared after contract was signed and we did not get his support with the job. In the end, we applied for the building permit and they agreed to finish the siding on the bay window install.Review fromAndre N

1 starIf you are looking for a Company which will respect agreed upon delivery and installation dates, look elsewhere. In the fine print at the back of the order form/agreement that they get you to sign, there is a list of excusable delays which covers everything under the sun. It excuses them of all delays and even if their representative/salesman tells you in writing that you will be compensated for the delay (in our case, 3 months), you are likely to be offered a laughable less than 2%.Review fromMichael F

Dear Michael ******,
Please kindly note that specific completion date is not included in your contract and your order was completed within our standard timeframe. It should also be noted that provincial law does allow us an additional 30 days past this date, because of issues that can happen in the manufacturing process, as well as in shipping that are entirely beyond our control.
We attempted to schedule installation of the product well within our standard timeline. You declined to reschedule your installation, requesting your deposit. Cancellation after the 10 day cooling off period required by provincial law is not possible. All products supplied for your home are of a custom nature, and cannot be resold.
We will expect to hear from you at our office ***** *** **** to schedule your installation. Installation will be scheduled within a reasonable and mutually beneficial period.

1 starSo I attempted to use this business and they currently still have my money. I am requesting a refund due to them breaking contract by over a month with no communication. I have called their business and the project manager who was supposed to be representing me with no responses. I finally was able to speak to someone, (I had to request a quote for them to return my call), and they are now offering to install in December (over two months after the promised install date), with no additional compensation for the poor customer service and treatment. If you would like to actually receive service for the money given I highly recommend not using Weather Pro. I am going to be taking my business elsewhere.
