    We had 2 basement windows installed with Ecoline and the service from start to finish was excellent. right from the initial contact to coming to the house to quote and follow up was first rate. The delivery and install was just as scheduled and the installers were on time, provided good quality work and explained the operation of the windows very professionally. * ***** ********* ******* ** *******

    Our experience with Ecoline was amazing from the first visit to installation day the project manager Mike was always in contact with us. The installation team they have is amazing their workmanship speaks for them. I will definitely be a returning customer.

    Oleg, his crew and Costco exceeded our expectations for our window and door installation. Measurements were taken 3 or 4 times (by different people), windows fit perfectly, arrived when expected/scheduled, installers were on time, neat, efficient, and polite. Communication was excellent, price was very fair. Windows come with 25 year warranty so we will continue to monitor and hopefully, not need any warranty claims. Thanks Oleg. This was not a small purchase but Oleg and his crew made us feel comfortable with our choice and our investment. ** ****** ********* *****

    An absolutely horrible experience. I would give them no stars if i could. We signed a contract in July of 2021 for Ecoline to install five windows and one patio door. It took Ecoline almost six months to install the windows and patio door even though they promised that the windows would be installed at the end of September. Although the windows were acceptable, the patio door was faulty and did not fit the space properly. The door was warped and the mechanism was broken. We notified Ecoline about this but they ignored us for months. I had to phone them at least a dozen times and I also submitted several emails asking them to replace the faulty patio door with one that fit properly. After many efforts, we finally received a reply. Ecoline said we would get a proper door in the spring of 2022 pending construction. This did not happen. They finally contacted us saying that the door that was sent to the Regina office was not made to the measurements specified. They told us a proper door would arrive in the fall but again this did not happen. Again I had to phone and write several times before getting some acknowledgment. Finally, the patio door was installed in February of 2023. The service was terrible. We were ignored often. Nobody answered phone calls and we were redirected to a central phone servoce that put me on hold for 20 to 30 minutes before I gave up. Awful, just awful.

    Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The sales rep explains everything thoroughly, was friendly and at no point did I ever feel concerned about the information he was giving. The installers were thorough, tidy and cleaned up afterwards. I have had no issues with the windows. One is going on 3 years old.

    Ecoline were amazing to deal with! Their customer service and communication were prompt and efficient! They understood we were on a timeline and rushed the order to ensure we were able to get the windows done on time. The installation itself was smooth and professional, and our new windows look amazing!
