I am not satisfied with the services and your employees misguided me and charged a lot for $1993.21 dollars and keep saying that the vehicle is not good to drive due to Transmission Problem. I paid lot to Canadian Tire from my hard earned money and still the problem is there. Below mentioned are my concerns which I want to make written complaint about Canadian Tire Mechanic and Manager to higher Authorities. 1. They told about Transmission Problem when car is with Canadian Tire for 5 days. They did not told me about Transmission when I bring the car. 2. Day light Always on as Night light. You did not fixed it properly. 3. They did not allow me for the test drive after fixing and they keep asking about to pay the Chagres first as they were aware about that Car is not running properly. 4. They told me the Transmission cost after getting the money as They already changed the parts of 4 Brakes, 4 routers 5. They Misguide me for inspection and They clear and pass the inspection even after knowing that its not safe to drive due to Transmission problem 6. Noise is still coming when we press the break 7.Car is not moving now But when I bring the car it was completely in working condition 8.There is no engine light when I brought the car to Canadian Tire on Nov-17-2022. But after Car was with Canadian Tire for 5 days Engine light comes.HOW 9.I brought the Car on Nov-17-2022 Thursday and They release and fix the Brake issue on Nov-21-2022 (Car was at Canadian Tire for 5 days). How the Transmission problem arise in 5 days as it was totally fine when I bring the car 10.They passed the inspection even after knowing the Car is not safe to DRIVE on road due to Transmission problem. There may be accident due to this big Problem of Transmission. Still Canadian Tire passed the inspection. WHY and HOW? there is a transmission problem which needs to be replaced which cost 4000 and i cant afford to pay another $4000.I want to raise a complaint regarding this issue and want my full refund
