    I am trying to get a refund processed. I had purchased tickets for a ******** concert that happened on September 27. I purchased the tickets through my *** account, ticket insurance included. For some reason the concert changed venues to The *************** and we weren't able to attend. I tried to get my refund through my *** account but by then the tickets weren't at *** but moved to The ****. I was in contact with the Box Office Manager, ***** and he seemed helpful. He directed me to ***** the General Manager, whom also seemed to be willing to help at first. Then I realized I have been getting the run around for over 2 months. Even though I provided the information requested. Still, I have yet to receive my refund in the ammount of $163.75, for three tickets. I even made the 45 minutes trip into Saskatoon on the notion I'd be getting a cash refund. Only to get there and not get a response upon arrival (on November 19th -planned by *****). By November 21 ***** had stated, himself through email, a refund was issued by EMT and would take up to 24hours to process. It is now November 25 and I have yet to receive any refund or official confirmation other than what ***** said himself. Within the last 4 days I emailed ***** again two more times to inquire on any updates but now I haven't even got a response from him. I would just like my refund. I am so upset with how this was handled by The ****. Also very disheartening to have to come to this point to chase $163.75
