    Not professional installers, they will not complete the job, messy caulking, cracked tiles, uneven grouting, didn't even return the next day to grout the backsplash Carl's guy installed. Will ignore your calls and emails but will charge twice what he verbally agreed to. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    Their work isn't done by professionals. They need to fix their mass.I have tried to contact Carl the owner I have texted him called him .He doesn't bother to respond.Those tiles he put in my kitchen are awful , Some are cracked and I didn't get a choice to choose the tiles. They are uneven, The grout is coming out. This problem needs to be fixed. I went back to my insurance company and they said you have to go back to the company that did this job. All I can say it was done professionally.
