    I purchased two cedar pods and paid in full

    They set them up and provided on a Saskatchewan weather warning of high winds

    The shingles continues come off

    The door on one will not close it needs to be re done

    The windows leask water from rain

    We have called sent pictures and nothing

    I’ve never here of a building that there’s no warranty to assist
    Not just take our money and leave

    When this customer called about the shingles on one of the pods, we went out the same day/night and repaired it. They had their handyman there that does roofing and *** ************. They told us what they wanted done to the roof and we did it.

    At a later date *** called and said the window was leaking. We suggested making sure the window was closed tightly and to send us pictures if there was still a problem. We didn't receive any pictures and hadn't heard anything from them until this BBB complaint.

    I will also mention that I had been dealing with ****** ************ until the day she called me and would not stop yelling at me on the phone regarding the roof (before we repaired it). * **** *** ***** ***** **** * *** ***** ** **** ** *** ***** ** *** ********* ** **** ** *** ***** ***** *** ***** **** ** ** *********** **** * ***** **** *** *** **** ** ** *** *** **** **** *** ******** *** ******* ********* ********** ** *** **** *** *** ***** ** *** ******

    If they are having an issue, we recommend that *** sends the photos as we asked or there's nothing we can do. If they do need us to come out they will have to pay a travel fee because they are located over an hour away. Travel time and labour are not covered. The manufacturers warranty is only parts.
