    I went to Part Source and asked for parts, the staff member said i’d have to order them in. Before the purchase, I said if I go to another store and find the parts, can I come back and cancel this order? The staff member looked at the “team leader” at the next till, and the team lead said yes absolutely ** **** **** *** **** *** ***** ***** I went back the next day and asked to cancel the order. He told me the order is non refundable and non returnable, which was not explained to me prior to placing the order due to what he said as stated above or else I would not have placed the order before looking elsewhere. I said that isn’t what was explained to me yesterday, you (the same team lead) said no problem it can be cancelled. Then he said it says non returnable and non refundable on the receipt, I said but you only see that on the receipt after the the order is placed, you should have told me that before I put my card in your machine. He said if you bring a receipt from another store proving you bought them elsewhere we can refund you. Turns out the part ordered is not what is wrong with the car and now I don’t need them at all. And they are refusing to cancel the order and refund me after telling me it would be no issue to say they ordered the wrong part, and now they are making me either accept the parts or buy them somewhere else and show a receipt from a different store to get my refund and cancel the order. They failed to disclose that a part ordered in is non returnable and non refundable prior to charging my card $******* **** *** **** **** ****** ** *** ******* ** **** **** ** ** ***** **** *** ******* **** **** ********* ***** ** ********** ********** ** **** *** **** **** **** ******** **** ** ** ****** **** ********** ** ****** ** *** ****** ***** ****

    I purchased a battery 2 years 9 months ago. The warranty on the receipt clearly states the battery has a 3 year warranty. They told me that the battery is only supposed to have a 2 year warranty and that was a mistake by who ever sold me the battery put 3 year by accident and will not honor their warranty.
