    Thank you for this opportunity. On the 7th of June I sent some dry stock fish weighing about 65pounds to Ottawa through the UPS office at 8th Street here in Saskatoon and was told it will be delivered by 13th of June. When it wasn’t delivered up to 17th and hasn’t heard anything, I contacted them only to be told that the package was damage and discarded. I tried severally to contact their customer service to know what they mean that it was damaged and discarded and no one deemed it fit to keep me posted, they told me to contact the sending office. This I did and the staff at their Saskatoon expressed displeasure with such flemsy excuse. I was later told that it’s under investigation but got a message this morning that there is nothing they can do since the stock fish has been discarded.

    Your company is absolutely useless, a courier that does not deliver…….what a concept! We made an order , called multiple days in a row and gave 3 different address to deliver to and you guys couldn’t deliver to either one….called to make arrangements for us to pick up you guys said we cannot go pick it up….now you don’t know where the package is. Then you lied to the supplier stating that this package has been destroyed because you could not get ahold of us now they tell us we will not be refunded our money because of this.
