      I ordered one pair of orthotics on Nov. 27, 2024, at Agribition in Regina. I was very specific that I wanted leather, and not memory foam. I paid the full amount of $***. This was confirmed when I returned on the 28th. I have two witnesses. The 'Foot Levelers' foam orthotics were NOT what I ordered; they were also very badly made, with a plastic heel attached with velcro. This is exactly what I said I did not want. Plus, how could anyone walk with this type of so-called orthotic?
      I sent a letter to 2 addresses to the attention of Mr. John C***, stating my complaint, indicating that I had been advised by BBB Regina to write him, and asking for a refund.
      I have not heard from him. ****** ****** ** ***** **** ** *** ***** ****** ***

      Dear Ms Elsa W********,
      Thank you for your letter dated January 8, 2025 and for your purchase of orthotics on November 27 2024.
      Your initial order of three pairs.of orthotics (a Buy 2, Get 1 Free promotion at the Agribition) included a signed and dated receipt with details of the guarantee and return policies and was immediately processed by ************ *** The next day, Nov 28th 2024, you came back to me at the Agribition to change your order to one pair of the black leather orthotics called Tough and to cancel the remainder of the initial order. Unfortunately, by then one pair, the non-leather, green orthotics called In Motion Plus, were being made. After receiving them i sent them to you. Also at the time of ordering, it was determined that one of your legs being shorter than the other may be contributing to some of your pain and that a heel lift would correct this imbalance. I showed you an example of a lift, which you approved, which was attached with hook-and-loop velcro fasteners so you can remove the lift if it causes more pain or if your leg length difference changes. Because it was the black leather ones that you wanted, I agreed to order them and requested that you return the In motion Plus so that as soon as I received the Tough orthotics, I will send them to you..
      I received the requested orthotics on January 12th 2024 and immediately notified you with a photo of the Tough orthotics to prove that I have actually received them from ************ ***. at Roanoke, Virginia, U.S.A. Because you have paid for only one pair at the time of order, I requested that you send back to me In Motion Plus, however, you refused to do so.
      After I receive the green In Motion orthotics back from you before the hundred day satisfaction guarantee period is up and reimburse you the postage ,I will be happy to send to you the black leather Tough orthotics or your refund. My mailing address is
