    Purchased a washing machine in June 2022. It didn't work from the beginning and so far our calls to have it replaced or repaired have been ignored, or we are told a technician will call us back but they do not. It's been 4 months with no effort from the business to rectify the situation, ******************************************************************

    This is in response to your letter dated November 1, 2022 that I just received today regarding case number *******.
    This is pertaining to a customer ************* at ******************* Saskatoon and a washer purchased from me in June 2022. In this letter it states that ************* has Been Unsuccessful getting us to resolve the situation about a faulty washer that would need to be replaced or repaired.
    And this is the first I've heard of this problem so there's some sort of a breakdown in communication. This is odd because we are open And take calls seven days a week.
    Further states that the BBB has tried on several occasions to contact me by email however the email they said in the letter that they tried to contact me with is incorrect. I called ******** at the BBB today notifying of her of this and she suggested I respond to this complaint by email as I'm doing now. After speaking with ******** at BBB I immediately called my repair man to go check on the situation he then advised we replace the washer which we are going to do tomorrow at the convenience of **************
