    I took my car here for a replacement Clutch, They booked me on a Wednesday, They had my car there all weekend & did not work on my car until the following week. After they replaced the clutch I needed to bring it back there for adjustments as something felt wrong I know that the Flex plate is normally replaced with a Clutch replacement in an 2007 ******* as they are made of Aluminum & they rub on the Flywheel which is Cast Iron. it now makes an awful noise that it was before because of this plate rubbing.
    They pinched a seal in my car as well as now there is seepage from my transmission that was not there before I would like the job done properly & I prefer to have my money back for this work. I have called & went into this shop on a number of occasions looking for a resolution, they even told me that they replaced my flywheel when they resurfaced it & they charged me for a new Flywheel.. they let that information slip on the phone I said if you resurfaced it then why did you charge me for a new Flywheel? *************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

    First of all she was never charged for a new flywheel. She was charged to have her original flywheel resurfaced which is standard procedure except in the most severe cases where the flywheel is severely warped or heat cracked. Hers was not. For some reason she was under the impression her flywheel was going to be replaced. To rectify the miss understanding I refunded her the money for the flywheel resurface. I notice she doesn't mention this. At that time she seemed absolutely satisfied. She did mention that first thing in the morning she could hear a noise. She was going to drop her car off one night so we could have a listen first thing in the morning. She never did, this was several months ago. Now she called saying were ignoring her and is telling us she knows what the noise is. I offered to have a listen and checkout her leak but she has already made up her mind what is wrong. When we completed the clutch install we wanted to keep the car for a few hours the make sure the it did not need to be re bled . She refused to leave the car. She was in a big panic to pick up her car and we warned her the clutch may not release properly after a few hours or in the morning. Sure enough this is exactly what happened and she was still upset with us. I understand everyone needs their vehicle but sometimes you would think its a life and death situation .I have been doing this for 42 years and I know you will never make her happy. We will not work on her car again. I propose she takes it to a mutually agreed upon shop to see what and if anything is actually going on . I would pay for anything we may have done wrong. It will be the next shop not her that decides .There is much much more I could say. I would like her to communicate to us through you .
