4 starsWe love our new windows! Exceptional quality! We had 17 installed, and it was done in two days. They were quick and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. I would have given five stars, but the blinds don't fit in the upstairs windows and need to be cut. The downstairs windows were fine. I was aware of the fact before, as it may have been an issue, but still disappointed with the extra expense in getting them cut.Review fromBiman B

5 starsMyrna F - I have just got to tell you this - these new windows - 5 of them - have been one of the best purchases I have ever made. From start to finish, this was so good and the right thing to do, i.e. putting new windows into this old house. The quality of the product is exceptional and the quality of taking care with the measuring and then again, the quality of the installation is so obvious. I made a point of watching the installers on every window not constantly of course because I did not want to get in their way, but I couldn't help but notice that they were so thorough. As a company, you must be so proud to have employees who care that much to do exceptional work especially on my old house. * **** ********* **** ******* ** ****** *** **** ** ***** ** **** *******. 1 starI purchased two doors through Ecoline. The back door has had issues right from installation. Ecoline has responded each time I submitted an email detailing the issue. They have replaced the back door 3 times now but have not been able to resolve the issue without causing further and different issues. There is a mix of poor product quality and installation service issues. Door 1 - From factory the door had a chip on the lock side the that was painted over, paint was spotty and did not fully cover side of the door. Door 2 - After installation paint chipped off around the latch plate on the side of the door. Paint chipped due to the installation of the latch plate. Door 3 - The door side is damaged and swollen near the bottom of the door, resulting in the door rubbing against jamb causing the paint to scratch off. Had the final 4 windows installed yesterday, I've used this company in the past and have no hesitation in recommending them. They arrived on time for all scheduled appointments (quote, second measurements, installation), quotes provided were as expected, they were very professional and helpful every step of the way, and did a beautiful job with great cleanup afterwards. Now that I know you also do custom blinds and doors, I'll add that to my list of things to take care of in the future. Thank you again Ecoline Windows!
