    Summer of 2023, provided and installed windows. Product and installation unacceptable. Installers were unskilled, untrained and had no common sense. Besides the windows themselves being riddled with construction errors, The installers destroyed the starter strip on then siding. The only repair is to reside the house. The company made a brief but unsuccessful attempt to correct some of the flaws in their products. They are making no attempt to repair the siding.

    Prior to commencing the job, the customer was informed of the potential challenges with the siding around the basement windows, given the specific location and the manner in which the old windows were installed. Our experienced installers, with a wealth of expertise in the field, were assigned to the project. Despite their extensive skills, there were instances where the customer attempted to guide the installation process, providing input on how the job should be done based on personal preferences rather than adhering to standard procedures.

    In spite of the differences in opinion and the challenges faced, our commitment to customer satisfaction prevailed. We extended an offer to the customer, encouraging them to share photos of the specific issues encountered during the installation. This would enable us to assess the situation more accurately and explore potential solutions to address any concerns.

    We value open communication and are dedicated to finding resolutions that meet our customers' expectations. We appreciate your cooperation in providing additional details and look forward to working collaboratively to ensure your satisfaction with the completed project.

    I am rejecting this response because:The statement that  I attempted to guide the installation is absolutely false.  I have submitted pictures tko Frontier Vinyl & kGlass, and have met with them. They stated verbally that they would make repairs to the siding. I have no  objection to allow them that opportunity before any further action is taken.
