On March 16, 2022 we had Sunview Windows and doors install windows throughout our entire home. We chose dual pane sliders on all windows but one, which we chose triple pane. ***** was good at detailing the information on the windows and stated they would be certified as ****** **** for our government grant. We were told the triple pane was officially registered as ****** **** certified on September 9, 2022. There are emails between myself and ***** who works for Sunview with me continuing to ask about the ****** **** for the dual panes. I was then told by ***** that sent my information along to the manager and he would contact me on march 13, 2023. I hadn’t gotten any correspondence from the boss **** and reached out again to ***** as I called the office and left message for **** to call me. On May 29, 2023 I reached out again to ***** and got an email back stating there were no updates on the windows and he asked if **** contacted me. Which I replied back he did not. On June 1, 2023 ***** said he would bug his boss and apologized. On June 26, 2023 after not being able to get in touch with the boss **** I wrote back to ***** asking for some type of compensation as I was still waiting to get my grant and that I had already paid the retrofit. ***** wrote back the next day saying he mentioned a form of compensation to his boss and gave me his email. I wrote to **** on July 25, 2023 explaining the correspondence between ***** and I and that I was becoming annoyed and that I chose their company over others and wanted something done. **** never contacted me back. On September 12, 2023 ***** wrote saying he and **** spoke about compensating me for the money the government would pay. **** said he received my emails. Still no contact from ****. I did speak to **** in June 2023 and he offered gift cards and said the windows were taking a long time. I never got anything and ***** keeps apologizing but I want compensation and to be done with it all.

I do not disagree with Ms ************’s statements; we unfortunately have been delayed in getting our ****** **** numbers for our sliding windows, even though the testing results show they do qualify.
Speaking with **** previously, possible compensation was discussed, with a request to employ patience to take care of this properly. I understand that the patience has worn itself thin, and will be contacting her the next steps to be taken.
I too hope that this can be resolved in short order.

The company is trying to work out compensation and I am hoping soon that they can compensate me the amount of my grant and do it sooner than later as it’s been two years since they’ve done the work and never followed up to keep me patient and communicate.

now I am no longer able to claim the greener homes grant as my time on the grant ran out and I am left with only the hope the company will pay me the money.
