    * **** **** **** * * ***** I have been waiting over a year and a half. My garage/ fence is still not done. I keep getting promises that it will be done. New week, new finish date. They do not show up for days then do a little then no show for days. Last i was told Craig promised it would be 95% done on October 27,2024. Well here we are and nothing inside the garage is done.

    Work was done well. Communication started off great, received photos and regular updates on progress. It didn't take long for for that to stop and Craig would not answer texts or phone calls, to say communication was horrible is an major understatement. He would text and let me know he would be there on whatever day to do the work and he would be a no show, and would not let me know he wasn't coming. He took down a wall and was to replace it with a railing that was leading downstairs, he did not put up any barrier until after we let him know the dog fell over the end, and it was still a couple of days before he put up a temp railing. (this was after a couple of months with no barrier). He showed no concern for the dog and did not ask if he was hurt.
    There was heated arguments between Craig and a staff over things, when we were there. There were numerous months when there was no work and no communication. We would take days off or make arrangements for the pets when he said he would be there and he would be a no show and not let us know he wasn't coming. When I would call to get a date, he would not answer the phone, this was after him not answering numerous texts. Lack of respect for me as a customer.
    It was 5 months from when a deposit was given to work starting, lots of excuses as to why it was taking so long. These excuses continued for the duration of the project. Garbage from project was left on property for many months (6+) before it was removed.
    A walk through after work was done, was never done.
    Within minutes of work being completed he demanded payment - again with no walk through.
    Work wise I would rate a 3.5 but for communication it is between a 0-1.
