Got a quote from them to replace a bulkhead in the basement bathroom and replace all plumbing in the kitchen. Total was $3139.70. They could not do the work all at once because my kitchen cabinets were delayed. So they did as much as they could and left hooking up the kitchen plumbing for a later date. They billed me for the full amount of work even though the job wasn't finished. I called and confirmed that I would pay 75% of the bill and then the other 25% once the job was done, which they agreed to. Then they sent me a bill every 3-4 weeks for the 25% with interest accruing. I called after receiving each bill to confirm I would not be paying the remainder until the work was done, and would not be paying interest, which they confirmed each time (first attached invoice, notice the interest is scratched out). Then they called and insisted I pay the remainder of the bill because it was affecting their line of credit, so I paid it by etransfer and put in the note "work not done" or something similar (sorry i dont have a copy of that). The work is done now, but they've sent me a bill for close to $2000 (second invoice). I called and left a message asking them to call me back to discuss it. I did not hear back, instead I got another bill (third invoice). ** *** *** ********* ** ** ****
