My son bought me a pair of ******* ********** * from The Source. We opened the box and found they do not fit my ears. The Source is telling me they do not have a return policy for these headphones when the box has been opened. How does a person know if the headphones work or fit if they don’t open the box? The Souce does say they have a return policy on their brand of headphones. How does that work? Are they saying they don’t want to take the time to help a customer that doesn’t buy their brand of headphones? At no time did the employee explain to my son that the headphones had a no return policy nor did they have a set to test for fit prior to the purchase. I spoke with ***** who said they have never heard of a no return policy on an open box. Places such as ******, ******* and ***** themselves have a 30 day return policy, The Source tells me to sell them online. How do they expect someone to get all the money back by selling a new set of headphones online when someone can go jnto a store and buy them at that same price. Why would anyone buy a set of headphones from The Source if they can’t test them after the purchase and return them within a respectable timeline if they don’t work. I find this policy to be absolutely ridiculous and hope that a resolution can be met.
