    As everybody else has said, AVOID AVOID AVOID! This company offers no communication, gives conflicting information and is extremely quick to call COLLECTIONS to collect money they told me over the phone was not owed.

    Poor or no communication. I cancelled service in Nov. 2022 and then received a call from a collection agency in July 2023 for outstanding fees. I never received an invoice, letter, email or call from SecurTek regarding any outstanding fees. SecurTek did not communicate with me, they went directly to a collection agency. A very concerning business practice.

    I cancelled my services with them paid my last bill and my service was terminated the next day A year after they decided i owe them money and sent collection agency to threaten me the billing department is not organized just a nightmare to deal with DO NOT use this company

    Good Morning,

    Upon review of the account you called to cancel your services on March 29 2022; the rep you spoke to advised you would still be required to pay the outstanding quarterly invoice from January 2022 as well as 1 month of the April quarterly invoice. There was no payment received following that cancellation; the last payment we received was back in December 2021.

    This is incorrect. I was never told there is anything I owed I did pay any invoice that was given to me till the date I canceled my service and I was never told there is any more that I owe. More than that the service was canceled the exactly one day after. So there is no reason for me to pay for April since I did not have any service during that time.
    You should have contact me if there was a balance needed to be paid and not move it to collection agency to threaten me a year later.
    For all the time I was with your service. I always paid everything in immediately on time and never add an issue. Your representative screwed up and you're billing department screwed up and you decided to deal with it in a unprofessional way
    This is why I'm warning anyone that considering getting a security system to stay away from your business

    This company works in the shadows.. They don't respond to e-mails, no phone number on website. Customer service rep is horrible. They will not cancel my 90 year old mother's account because she can't remember her verbal password.

    I see that you have spoke to customer care and communicated back and forth via email. I do not see any emails to which you were not responded to, and our phone number is listed on our website under the contact us tab. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a cancellation from someone who is not authorized on the account as we are in the business of home security and privacy is very serious. As explained to you, we do need Judy to cancel the account on her own, if she is not capable of doing so as you have mentioned we can accept the cancellation from her power of attorney (if she has) we would just need documentation that shows who the POA is, then we can proceed. Alternatively, she can send us a written letter notice of cancellation. I do apologize for the inconvenience.

    DO NOT USE. I highly recommend that no one used this company. If you ever have technical issues, it will be impossible to get through to someone to assist you. For example if for any reason the alarm won't set, you will not get assistance. I tried calling, was left on the phone for over 40 minutes, then got hung up on, and had to try to process two additional times to no avail (I never got help so I had to call a friend. As well, when I complained that the alarm went off, and no one bothered to call me, I was told "oh we are really busy". This is very concerning for a monitoring station/alarm company. They don't seem to care about your safety, or the safety of the property that has the alarm. It's impossible to get an email address, and when asking questions the individuals are very secretive (no managers etc). Please go elsewhere.

    the install tech that came out for our install ticked the 48 month contract. i stated many times i only wanted a 1 year contract. he agreed, lied to me and did the 48 month anyway. fast forward 1 year and i call to cancel. to my surprise i can't because their con artist of a tech lied to me. customer service was rude and threatened me if i didn't pay. this company is poison and deceitful. stay away at all costs. they are the biggest con in Saskatchewan.

    Received a call regarding medical security. When I heard it required 36 month I said thank you but not interested. I then received 2 calls immediately after which I did not answer. Next day I received another call from a supervisor. Enough is enough. I would never do business with such a pushy business.
