Person called claiming to be Amazon saying they had an account opened in my name with 3 different billing addresses and 3 different states for attempted delivery . They gave me the addresses and information . I didn’t give them nothing . Said the same as the person previous on this page that the people tried to order an Apple computer and air pods and have it shipped to 3449 Arcadia Ave in Albany New York . Said it wasn’t me etc and left it at that . Then called Amazon the next day and they said it wasn’t them calling .

I ordered two flower walls and was told that the stands would be included. The initial ordering process went smoothly, and I was informed when my order shipped. However, things took a turn for the worse after that. They provided me with a peculiar tracking number, and the tracking site was an international tracking system since my order was being shipped from China. While the system seemed to provide updates, it was clear that overseas shipments can take a while. As the third week approached, I checked the tracking again. This time, it stated that my package was delivered a week earlier. I reviewed my security camera footage and confirmed that there was no attempted delivery that day. Because the tracking number was unusual, it did not indicate who the shipper was, and the tracking service did not respond to my emails regarding its whereabouts. In the meantime, I reached out to the company, but their email bounced back as undeliverable. I found no other way to contact them. Now, I'm left out $60. The email stated there was an unusual charge on my PayPal account for BitCoin and to contact them at that number to receive a full refund. There was also a link to a DocuSign document they wanted me to sign for some reason which I didn't click. I checked my PayPal, and there was no such charge. Also, this email came to my work email address which isn't affiliated with my PayPal account.

Almaz Med Supply Inc billed my Medicare insurance company and my military insurance for over $30,000 for services / supplies that did not apply to me. I contacted Medicare and reported the incident to the fraud claim office. Fortunately for my military insurance they did not pay anything that was billed to them. The people in this company needs to be arrested and sent to prison.

Ordered from Temu site, from BrightBuy. Product delivered came with no accompanying info about the order or the company in a rough looking package that came from what looked like a residential address in Chicago. The products (auto back seat organizers) were not the quality advertised and appeared to be a much cheaper version of the product that sells for about $11 each (vs. $50 the versions that we were supposed to get). First disputed the charge on my Credit Card, but also contacted BrightBuy. They indicated that they could not work with me to get a refund unless I closed the credit card dispute. I did that and then they started stall tactics and then went dark and never responded.
