    I paid for priority shipping which is 3 to 5 days from the date of them receiving my cargo and that was received by them on 6/21/2024, it is now 6/27/2024 and I still have not received my shipment When I attempt to call, the people answering phones for the customer service line places the call back into the que 2 or 3 times until the ** picks up to leave a message.The customer service is a joke. Even if I am able to get through to an actual person, they cannot tell me anything about where my shipment is located nor do they know when it will be sent out. Their favorite words seem to be "I don't know", "um I'm not sure", or "maybe it'll arrive on...". When it doesn't arrive on the date they give you, they say they "will try" to get ahold of the cargo manager and call you back, but that return call never happens. I spoke to *******, who seemed to genuinely want to help, but then I try to get back in touch with her when I don't hear back and I cannot get through.The local office in ********** is just as in the dark about the goings on of any shipment as the people in ********* or Kodiak. The best they can do is get online and put my airway bill into the ACE Air Cargo website search (which I was already doing) and tell me that is doesn't show up (it wasn't even logged as received for days after they received it in *********) or after 4 or 5 days of sitting in *********, then they update the website and it shows (in ********* warehouse). I have spent a lot of money to get the motorcycles and then I spent almost $800 more to have them delivered expeditiously. At this rate, I might as well have spent the money with a barge service to get them from ****** to **********, which is only 235 miles as the crow flies. The level of incompetence with this company is staggering.
