    In 2022 I took out a frontier airline MasterCard partnering with Barclay. I was promised a flight and a free passenger flight. As as well as airline miles. Over the course of the last three years, I have tried to use and cash in on using the airfare that I was promised by the points I gained from using the card. The first time I tried to use it I got absolutely no help trying to book the flight. After several attempts to try to use the promotion and points that I had earned I gave up. Recently, I have tried again to use the airline miles that I have accumulated. Number one they wanted to charge me $35 for using help to book. Secondly when booking the flights are huge layovers and when I finally found a flight that would work for me it’s grayed out and won’t allow me to book it with my miles on the website. After contacting the customer service agency, which is no longer in service I contacted Barclays. They mentioned they are simply a partner with them and they have nothing to do with the airline miles. They have been of no assistance at all, even though I got this credit card based on the advantages and the promotions and the miles.

    I purchased a flight on 3/21/24. attempted to change flight on 3/26/24 from 4/19/24-4/21-24 to 5/10-5/13. it said everything went through. On Monday, I checked my flight again because i never got an updated confirmation number. Well turns out my flight was not changed. I have been trying to reach someone since i initially tried to change the flight. i contacted them via WhatsApp from multiple numbers, no response. I also sent an email today. All i want to do is change my flight so that i can attend my grandfather's funeral. now when i get on it doesn't even give me the option to change the flights. I'm getting frustrated because frontier has no way to contact them via phone and i need help. please assist.

    We had a flight for November but my grandma who was due to fly fell outside and had bleeding in her brain so she had to have surgery and was unable to fly. We reached out to frontier to get the money or credit for a later ticket. We explained at this time she is under dr ***** no fly we did not know when she was going to be cleared to fly again. We paid a total of $620. We was advised by the rep the ticket was valid until the end of February we explained that we did not know when she would be released to fly again. We went today to check the status to see what could be done and was advised we lost the credit on February 19 which totally contradicts what we were previously told. We have dr documentation show that my grandma had a Craniectomy. I dont feel it is right to loose the money we paid for these tickets.The tickets are under ********************* and confirmation DI8NTE.
