    I used to work for this business, and I can honestly say that this is a dysfunctional family business. The Lead Mechanic has serious anger issues and is allowed to yell and scream at fellow employees. The owner allows this behavior from his Lead Mechanic. The Owner to Aero Twin has no proper employee communications training, and also yells and screams at his employees. The owner is verbally and emotionally abusive to his employees. The Owner of Aero Twin tells Purchasers to buy parts at cost then to add 10% for profit, then the Owners wife and Owners daughter come around and tell Purchasers to buy parts at cost and then add 60%. This business has no proper direction.All modern companies at ******************** have modern equipment, modern systems, and computers but this business is still stuck in the 90s using antiquated equipment. There is no modern employee communications training for employees to properly know how to work with each other. Upper Management has no modern training for how to properly manage employees, unless it involves berating them for doing their jobs properly. Upper management does not communicate properly for managing their business, nor for managing their employees, and certainly not for managing their customer service. This is a company that refuses to update and modernize. This is also a company that openly mistreats their employees, and then boldly lies about it. Words are slander, and they know they can get away with that.
