On 5/25/23, I paid for my daughter & 3 of her friends to play at H2Oasis Water Park. The total cost was $100 for all day. Approximately 1 hour later, my daughter called me crying hysterically & said theyd been kicked out. At first, I chastised her asking what she did. She told me, then the Asst *** who is also the Director, Secretary, ************************ got on the phone and essentially verified the events. They agreed the children asked for water to drink at the snack bar & were given some. When they were done drinking, they poured the left over water on each other which supposedly offended a staff member. For this reason, they were kicked out. Not for the water but because a staff member somehow took it personally tho they didnt get wet. I explained to the Asst. *** that they obviously did not intend to be disrespectful. Theyre young & had he just explained that they somehow offended somebody, Im certain they would have apologized and stopped. The Asst. *** said they need to have repercussions for their actions. He proceeded to speak over me while I was trying to resolve this. He was obviously very angry over water at the water park. I mentioned that I expect my money to be refunded as the kids were there 1/7 of the expected amount of time I paid for. The representative refused & provided no explanation as to why. This is absolutely unacceptable. Im owed $100 & my daughter should receive an apology. The rep said 2 of these same kids had been in a fight there days prior which my daughter did not participate in. They werent kicked out for fighting then, but he allowed the kids to pay $100 to get in a few days later. I believe he already intended to accept their money then find reason to kick them out & refuse to refund them, keeping my money. When they poured their extra drinking water on each other, which ended up on an already drenched floor, I believe he had his excuse. He personally benefits, as a shareholder, by keeping my money.
