      1. I was charged over $500 (taken from my 700$ security deposit) for new lightbulbs and new blinds and a cleaning fee. I had called and asked what I could do to ensure getting my security deposit back and they said no need to do anything because I would get it back regardless. Lightbulbs are considered normal wear and tear in the ****** Landlord tenant Act. Also not all the blinds needed to be replaced, they werent new when I moved in and my cat only broke 3. I was charged for 9. I was charged for 14 lightbulbs and all the lights in the house didnt even work. They were even the ones to tell me all the lights didnt work when I moved in. 2. My mailbox was broken the entire 3 years I lived there which drastically effected all the correspondence with doctors, my professional licensing for my career, mail too and from the *************** for COVID stuff and all mail for my passport process for me and my children due to undeliverable mail.I asked multiple times via text, phone and formal request for fixing through the American Multiplex app. 3. The lease agreement I signed said that rent was due on the 5th of each month and I was charged a 50$ late fee every single time I paid on the 4th, which was almost every due to my payday at work. I tried to log into the American multiplex the day after I turned my keys in to get a printed receipt and was unable to log in due to me moving out. (On the lease my security deposit wasnt written down/added to what I paid at move in.)
