      I have received two reimbursement credits in my ledger history on my account in the last 9 months. These credits have not been applied to my amount owed for dues and the company has refused to cut a check or deposit the credit into my account, despite many phone calls and emails.

      I am currently selling my house to a potential buyer, whom is using an FHA loan for the purchase. Due to the **** operated by PMSI, having a delinquent occupant, the *** is unable to receive approval to accept FHA loans. This subsequently will force my potential buyers to drop out of the contract. This in turn will force them to forfeit several thousand dollars deposited for ******* money. This will also in turn force myself to drop out of the contract I am currently in for a house I plan to purchase, causing me to forfeit substantially more money that has been deposited for ******* money. The *** refuses to help remedy the situation other than waiting for the delinquent occupant to pay their dues. This *** also charges $235 a month but provides no actual benefit that couldn't be attained out of pocket. They refuse to help alleviate the matter and has purported that it is my responsibility to solve the issue of selling my house. When in fact, it is their lack of due diligence that is forcing my buyers out of the contract. The amount listed paid to the company is the total amount paid for ***************, since owning the house, that has provided us with nothing that couldn't be paid for out of pocket at a cheaper price.

      PMSI "manages" a condo association in Chugiak ** where the well that both buildings rely in collapsed on Feb 12, 2023. Since then, no consistent or reliable substitutions have been implemented. Water has been sporadically provided in the form of ***** gallon deliveries, which allot for approximately 80 gallons per UNIT. These deliveries are not consistently timed, with residents often waiting as late as 2PM to have access to running water to wash, bathe, flush. When called to ask for a date for the new well plans, management is dismissive or simple refuses to discuss the matter. Residents often wake up to no water and no information on when it's coming, and are forced to rely on purchasing potable water from outside sources on a daily basis. As of the date of this complaint, residents have had zero reliable access to running water for 145 days, and management still provides no information aside from "water will be delivered at some point".

      We rented a 3 bedroom apartment via ******************* property management based in ********* ******, *************************************************************. Rent was $1600 and security deposit was $1500, we rented the facility for 2 years and moved out on July 31,2022, this company on August 25th 2022 mailed us a bill of $3813 minus the security deposit they claim we owe them $2313. When we called to complain, they were so rude and they kept hanging up the phone on us, they did not produce any real invoice nor payment receipts with stamps and dates, when asked by us where are pictures and why they did not invite us to come have a final walkthrough before agreeing or disagreeing on anything, they just came up with figures and are expecting us to pay.
