I purchased a 2009 Infiniti FX35 from Patriot Auto on 4/16/2024. In beginning of June I still did not receive my title and license plates, and I lost the temporary license. I called them first week in June, I was told they had the title and will mail it the next day. I waited a week, and still no title. I called again, they took my name and number and said the title person would get a hold of me. I asked for another temporary license, and they said they would mail it. Another week goes by, no call and no temporary license. I asked my husband to call them, they told him they didnt have the title and was waiting for it. Again asked for a temporary license. Waited another week, and called them. Every person I had talked with was short with me on the phone and sounded ******. I told them again that I lost my temporary license and need another one, they said they would mail it. Now its July, still no temporary license. I called and texted saying Im bringing this vehicle back and I can get one that they do have a title for and a refund. One of the owners texted back and said he is going to DMV now to get the title. I told him I was very upset about their customer service and about them selling me a vehicle that they didnt have the title for. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them. They lied several times and were short with me.
