    On July 4th, 2023 I paid ******** Valdez, owner of Valdez Auto Detail, to detail the interior and exterior of my 2008 ****** Avalon. I paid $400.00 cash for this service, although the owner said this was a discounted rate since they usually charge $600.00 for this. The owner had me drop my vehicle off a day early on July 3rd, I assured them I was not in a rush to receive my car. Four hours later they texted me to pick up my vehicle, then called me within 1 minute while I was typing a reply. I asked if I could pick up at our original arranged time and was told ******** deserved to enjoy the weekend too. I was so shocked I went to go pick up my car with a friend, we were both surprised by how dirty the vehicle still was. In shock, I drove my vehicle home and took over 100 photos of the vehicle. The next day the business contacted me several times asking for a review, then deleted these messages a few hours later. I replied the following day kindly requesting a partial refund due to the lack of detailing in my vehicle. The owner ignored me so I messaged them again a few days later, which he then replied and said he would send me a 30% discount. I was pleased with this and gave the business 7 business days to complete this transaction. He never did. I continued to message every other day, I also commented on the businesses posts asking for a response. Finally I made a public comment warning others of this business, multiple people reached out to me with the exact same experience. The business has now blocked me on all forms & does not have an option for public reviews.
