Will they get the job done, yes. Will they sell you some tires? Yes. But their customer ********************** *****.I went in for a tire change over yesterday and was just floored over the lack of customer **********************. I wanted to pay with my husband credit card. The dude at the counter was hesitant. I understand, but his name was on the account, car, insurance, the address is the same. Our last names are the same etc. like Im not a criminal just had an inconvenient situation for him. So he called him. Verified all the info, year make, model of the car, address, names. The said he couldnt take the credit card because i has the credit card # and my husband didnt and couldnt verify it. He said he was afraid of getting burned. Like I dont understand. We couldnt have challenged the transaction with the cc company if we wanted to both of our names were on everything. Not to mention a tire change over cost $120 and takes an hour. Or a FULL DAY OF WORK for someone who makes $15 an hour. Just be nice to your customers. Anyway I paid with my credit card at the end of the encounter because after asking him to help me understand why it was such a problem the replied with I dont know why its such a problem for you to pay for services rendered. So I paid with my card and went to cry in my car. I bought $1400 studs from them in the winter and they have done 2 tire changes over a season for me since 2020. Im guessing as busy as they were they dont need my business anymore any way. I just dont understand why people have to be so rude. Whatever. Ill Just go to ***** in the same parking lot from now on.

Hey *****, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this process. As per our credit card policy, we refrain from using images of credit cards for payment. The fact that you did not have an ID or drivers license on you to verify who you were made it even more questionable of a transaction. We are deeply committed to safeguarding our customers' financial information and preventing credit card fraud. We absolutely strive for exceptional customer ********************** and we regret falling short on communicating the policy with you.
