    Date of Dispute: November 4, 2024 Dare of ***************** Mid October 24 (10th possibly or around)Owner approved me to provide my own parts. Car left and picked up. Brakes not bedded and horrible loud metal screeching began non stop during morning starts and throughout everyday. Called and told to bring back in. Snow storms kept me until Nov 3, 2024. Dropped car and keys overnight. Told car fixed. Treated horrible and denied receipt of second repairs. Drove car and sound still same and car not fixed. Wife told would refund then owner refused. He offered$200 then refused if I reviewed him on ******. Only gave $100 if I wouldn't review. Then refused me a receipt of $100 cash he refunded me out of the $510 I paid including bank card. Had bank on phone witnessing mistreatment by owner and wife and my family had to show up. I left my original paperwork accidentally and need a new copy of original repairs and costs paid for the finance company who is owner of my car, 2. A receipt for the $100 refund, and 3. A summary and explanation in writing of second repairs he claimed fixed the car but then said did not fix the car like I was told. Owner said yes brakes very loud but I would not die or hurt anyone driving it. We left asap. Horrible abuse by him and his wife. She was snickering and laughing the entire time. I have taken the car to Midas for estimate to diagnosis further repairs and repair all over. ********** is actively pursuing a dispute on remaining bank charges. Total refund requested is $410.00 back to card for failed services provided. The parts are not the issue. They did not grease or clean new parts properly and unknown if they did the caliper slides cleaning. Horrible reviews including a family member selling illegal drugs on his property and member being imprisoned. He refused by law to provide me itemized statement of repairs on 11/4/24, a receipt of the refunded $100 cash, and I need a copy of my original October itemized statement of repairs.

             The letter of complaint to BBB is nothing true other than her statement mentioning squeaky breaks and this was only a direct result of the quality of the parts she herself provided.
             Yes, I did give her $100.00 out of my own pocket simply to be rid of her.
             We, did not have to do the job again because as written on her invoice, parts provided by customers do not come with warranty. We, the shop, did the job again just to make her happy, but, how can you make someone that does not listen happy or someone that is more mechanic than we are or someone that knows the law better than an lawyer in ******. She denies that fact and it was no charge to her therefor I did not give her a receipt the second time. I did however give her $100.00 out of my pocket again with no receipt. She did not leave the original receipt in my shop but if she needs one, she is welcome to come to our location and we will happily provide her with one.
             She is the one that accused us of trying to kill her and her pregnant daughter.
             She is the one that was threatening me with ****** reviews to destroy my business and shut me down.
             She is the one that is mean and unprofessional. On that complaint she pretty much describes herself and her own actions toward my shop. She also mentions drugs. Well that explains *********.
             In 2013, my 21 year old son passed away. At that time, I made a deal with my son in law (now my formal) to run my business while I was in great pain mourning the loss of my son. I had no control over my son in law and what he was doing in my absence just like I have no control over her mouth. He did what he did and he brought my business down to zero and he is still to this day paying for his crimes with over 11 years in prison. The referenced customer failed to read the whole story or perhaps she doesnt wasnt to. Her anger or whatever her issues may be are simply making her blind, deaf, mean and pure evil.
             All copies will be sent to you including the reversal letter from my ***************** Company.
                
     
    FOR THE RECORD:
    Timis Alpina Auto Repair never diagnosed her vehicle. We never told her she needed breaks. On October 9th 2024 we did only what she asked us to do. Now, not only us, but nobody on this earth gives any warranty when customers provide their own parts. This includes all mighty ******** *****!
    The rest is just talk to stir up dust and smear someones business, accusations, denies and a bunch of lies.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The owner failed to provide me a complete and safe brake and ***** job. He told me himself that the brakes he removed from my vehicle were bad. Regardless, his wife said they would refund me the entire $510.00 he took from me for a failed job. He said it was China's fault the brake job was bad that he did. The brakes I purchased were not the fault. His mechanic failed to also bed the brakes after replacing them and told me he only pumped them a couple times. The brakes were not properly lubricated or installed correctly. ******** were not cleaned and the new rotars were covered with the factory resin they failed to clean off. They ended up having to take everything off and claimed they cleaned them, but they were not fixed properly. I had to go to **************************** ************************** dispute resolution representive was on the phone the entire time listening to this man and his wife abuse me verbally, saying they would give me back $200 but then refused in front of my daughter and son in law. I told him he was liable if anything happened to me, my daughter or family or community on the road due to a bad brake and ***** job. This owner is fabricating untruths to make me appear to be the problem, when in fact, his business has had drug involvement and has a reputation of taking money from customers and not providing the proper ***********************. He and his wife are concerning overall and act mentally unhinged. He did not provide me a receipt for the refunded $100 and admits to not doing so and also admits to not providing me an itemized statement of what he did do when I brought the car back. 

    My bank is pursuing a full reversal of the remaining $410.00 due to incomplete services provided. As for ******, I told him with a handshake that I would not review him on ****** after he at least gave me back the $100 cash I paid besides the $410.00  charged to my card. The bank told me to attempt resolution by at least trying to get the $100 cash back. I did not agree to not pursuing remedy through the Better Business Bureau though and this is my right to do so. Apparently this owner is not happy with this fact. 

    This owner needs to provide me with a receipt for the $100 refund, an itemized statement of the 2nd failed repair, and a copy of my original receipt. He, nor his wife, appear to be mentally stable- therefore I do not feel safe returning to his business.

    To Note:

    This owner told me to bring my own parts and I had called and asked first if it was allowed before doing so and had everything arranged. He agreed, otherwise I would not have purchased the entire set of rotars and brakes which were $333.00 after a half off discount at Autozone. They were the Gold Duralast package Autozone recommended. If they were bad brakes and rotars as he claimed, why did he then install them and take $510.00 for doing so?

    It is unfortunate this situation was allowed by him and his wife to escalate to this degree. He should not be in business treating people this way and damaging their vevehicles. He fails to mention that the bank, my daughter, and son in law witnessed this entire situation and were shocked and appalled by both him and his wife's raging and vicious demenour towards their customers. They both made a horrific scene, screaming and yelling and throwing a tantrum which was documented by the bank representative.  

    Shame on Timis Alpina.
