    On October 20, 2022, I contacted **** at Man Spa to order a custom suit. I informed him that I needed a black suit by November 29, 2022 for an event that was on 1 December.I was fitted for the suit on October 20th and paid $990.On November 5th, I was contacted by Man Spa and told that I needed to come back for more measurements. I asked for a good time to come in on the 6th and was told they would reach out. They did not and when I followed up, I was given a time on the 7th. I went and got the additional measurements done, and expressed my concern that I did not think the suit would be ready in time and requested a refund at that point. Man Spa reassured me that they would put a rush on the order to ensure it made it in time for my event. On November 29th, I reached out because the suit was still not delivered. I agreed with the owner to split the cost 50/50 because it was not going to make the deadline. I was refunded $495. I was okay with this compromise even though I did not have the suit for the event I ordered it for.I finally received the suit on the 12th of December and immediately saw that it was NOT black like I ordered. Instead of solid black, it was navy blue with pinstripes.I reached back out to man spa over the last week and have basically been told that I have to eat the cost of $495 OR I have to pay the $495 back that I was refunded for them to make me another black suit.I am not interested in getting another suit through this company after they were late and ordered the wrong color suit. The owner insists that because the suit is the right size and the inside color is correct that he does not need to do a refund (even though the entire process I reiterated that I wanted a black suit)He claims that I am attempting to get something for free and have buyers remorse, but I do not.I wish to return the suit, that is NOT the color that I wanted, and get a full refund
