Date of transaction was 10/06/2024. The amount was$1,610.00. The business committed to sell me A **** Escape Vin# 1FMCJU0DG7CKA16984. YEAR 2012. As- is all bids are binding. Please note on October 6th, I received an email stating I LOST THE BID FOR THE CAR. Dealer stated it will disclose ***, Branded Titles, non runners or Lien issues. Description notes: STARTS, RUNS, DRIVES, CLEAN TITLE. The nature of the dispute is, I was sold a vehicle that I was told I lost but was told I won. While waiting to pay for the car, I talked to other people who were at the auction who had received printed copies of documents to go obtain a title transfer. THEY WERE UNABLE TO FIND SUCH DOCUMENTATION FOR ME. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND GAVE ME A HAND WRITTEN RECEIPT WITH NO FORM OF TITLE DOCUMENTS. They said the receipt was good enough to get a title from the **** I took the receipt went to drive off AND THE CAR WOULD NOT GO FORWARD!! The worker/clerk could not get it to go forward. I asked for my money back!!!!! The lead man pops the hood, checks the transmission fluid. NONE. ZERO in the engine. He tells me it takes a certain type of fluid. He offers to buy me some but instead gets some they had puts it in takes the car around the block. Comes back and claims it's ok. He also tells me it needs an oil change. I get it to ********** and barely get it home. Checked fluids...NO FLUID. I was told by a mechanic that driving that car is a danger to myself and others on the road. I had to rent a garage space to store it until further notice. They told me to wait five days from October 7th, 2024 to seek a title. Between that time I reached out to the company for a compromise. They wouldn't touch the subject. Today I went to the *** TO seek more information concerning the title to concur with what they stated about getting a title. THE *** SAID IF THERE'S A CLEAN TITLE, THEY SHOULD HAVE PROVIDED INFORMATION FOR CHANGE. I have documents provided.

This is proof I did not win the auction.  I have a witness that heard the receptionist say I didn't win the auction.  How was it they sold me a car I didn't win?  Run list????
