    We bought a 06 hummer h3 from price point auto sales in Anch. ****** June 20 22. Under the understanding we were buying a good running car. On our 6 hour drive home the engine light came on and it started stalling. we babied it home took it to a garage to have it looked at they determined it needs a new engine cuz there's metal shavings throughout the entire engine. We paid $7500. Plus traded our good running 07 dodge nitro. We contacted price point when they finally got back to us they did say they wouldn't pay the $10,000 for a new engine but said they would send a check for $3000. It's been 10 weeks still no check plus we still never got our title and reg. For this hummer. And now they won't return any of our calls.

    We are hoping you can get in contact with price point auto to make things right by either paying for the repair of a new motor or at least send payment of the $3000. They did agree to pay towards the repair of a new motor.

    Hello, I am willing to pay $3000 toward repairs. I offered to pay this amount originally but **************** preferred that I replace motor with a brand new motor that would cost me $9,000. I felt like $3000 was a fare amount towards to used motor equivalent to miles on the vehicle.

     BBB, we did agree to the $3000  but the owner/company  still has not sent the $3000. It's been 3 months since they agreed to send us $3000. But still no money/check from them. *********************
