      There is no way to get a hold of these people? If you call the number, it is an auto system asking for a pin and no way to talk to a person or leave a message? Is that even legal when people are spending money at your business and may need help with charges or equipment failure?We have car wash cards that we continuously re-load at $90 each time. We found when doing taxes there was an incredible amount of charges. Comes to find out that when using the car wash card for even a quick 2-3 minute rinse, it is charging more than it should. We also appear to have duplicate charges for one re-load *****************, I tried to get a new card and it would not take a credit card, just kept saying to insert credit card. There is also a serious problem with homeless people hanging out there and coming into the bay while you are washing. Yet, we never see an employee monitoring the place? Not very safe.Any time we have had a problem with equipment not working correctly, we have had to blow it off because there was no way to contact someone? We are a transportation company and spent a considerable amount of money here, unfortunately there are no other hand washes near by

      I did not receive any communication regarding this complaint until 4/2/2025 when I was notified that the complaint was closed due to no response.

      I have spoken to **** just now. She said that she would also let you know that we have spoken.
