      On February 15,2024 I went to Rainmaker Touchless Car wash Teller 1. The automated machine was not reading my debit card, so I used a second credit card and it still wouldnt take the card. Then I put in a $20 bill, but my cash was taken, but I wasnt able to proceed with the was. I followed all instructions and even tried the refund button on the machine but nothing. I used a complaint online form and to date, all I have received was a message that they received my complaint. *** tried calling and I couldnt leave a message, because the voicemail was full. I even replied to another message to the complaint received message, which said that this email is not monitored. This is very poor customer service and what a way to take cash for no service. I have never received any contact from this company. I would have preferred to get my car washed, but I cannot trust a company that will not even return calls.

      ***************** contacted me again and at my request, she provided me with a code for a car wash. Issue resolved. Thank you for your assistance.
