    Wife called and made appointment with J&S Steamway to have our carpet cleaned as she has done every year for the past 10 years. J&S owners were in another **untry and she was given a time and date for the cleaning by someone representing they were running the business. On the day and time they set up for the cleaning no one showed up. My wife called and was rudely told she had not made an appointment. Problem Was I heard her make the appointment and she immediately wrote it on our calendar. We are having lots of people over the following week and it was important that the carpets were clean.We have re**mmended J&S to many people who we will now be calling and relating our experience. When I called the person running the ** was quite indifferent and did not care about the error the **mpany made and claimed that my wife did not make an appointment. That was the clincher for me and resulted in my review on this site.
