    I Ordered two orders of wings and left a tip, I watched the employee (with un washed hands and a neoprene glove on one hand) handle money, wipe his dripping nose, and then grab my chicken wings with his bare hands. Due to the negligence and unsanitary conditions, before accepting my food I asked for a refund and he started yelling profanities at me upset that I was accusing him of something he didnt do.He told me I couldnt have my food and took it behind the counter, refused to give me a refund, and when I asked for my receipt he refused to give me one, so I took it off the counter myself at which point he ripped it out of my hands and told me I cant have my receipt.(Which is a violation of Alaska Stat. 09.25.080)He told me to dispute the charge with my bank. How am I supposed to do that if he didnt give me a receipt?He didnt give me the nasty food he made even though I paid for it.I didnt even want to make a scene or embarrass him but the employee IMMEDIATELY escalated to yelling profanities and not giving me my food.This place should be shut down. Touching his hair, money, snot, and literally dipping his hands in the food. Disgusting. I was genuinely worried about my safety and health.

    Ill gladly give the customer a full refund of $42.85, I read the complaint, thats not at all how things went down. The customer refused to take his food, yelled at me, my coworkers. I had to call security to ****** him out. On his own accord, he left the restaurant without the food he paid for. I couldnt talk much with him as I was very busy, Fur rendezvous had started, thats one of the busiest days of the year for our restaurant.
