      I made a mobile order, drove up to the drive through and told them my mobile order number and they said ok drive up to the window. When I drive up they give me a wrong order I said thats not mive and show the receipt so the manager then said that someone already took my order and that they can do anything. So I'm out of $16 and no food. I told them check the cameras because I didn't come through since I just got off work but he said he can't do anything. I'm a little shocked since McDonald's app can steal from me with no consequences.i attached proof of purchase which time stamped with location.

      This occurred on 11-26-2022 and do not live near ************. I was travelling through and was just getting a quick bite which actually ended up delaying me a lot. Ordered son the app and waited from 9:25 PM for a 6 piece McNugget order and 1 large Sweet Ice Tea. Waited and waited. It was 10:15 and was wondering what was taking so long. So tried calling. No answer. A few minutes later tried again. No answer. It was now 10:25 so went inside and a employee said they could only help me through the drive through yelling at me!I went back out then tried going back in not thinking that that was just rude! The door was locked. I was tired since was visiting the area and actually not from there. So quickly just got out of my car and yelled about my order and the employee said the manager's name was ****** and could just hand me a $1 bill to refund--not my full refund--she refused to listen or anything!!! Could get neither and got charged the full amount! Messed this up cause was going to give the 6 piece to surprize someone tonight! So much for that! Will NEVER go to that McDonald's again. That was just plain rude lazy and ridiculous. Not only was I waiting for my order, but another person had just left where I was then another person parked next to me waiting for his order! If do not take App orders need to take down the signs!!! ESP if before 9:30 and have to wait for ever. Didn't get home as a result till 11:50 PM!Got charged by my credit card already for the six piece McNuggets (which was SUPPOSED to be a blazers 100 point free thing) plus $1 drink, total was $4.69. ID: *******************, ******************* ************** **********************

      The situation was resolved. It took a while but the manager did respond and am now satisfied. I got a $10 gift card for the inconvience and can use it at any McDonald's.
