    I agree with previous review. My mother had her roof done by this company, started leaking a few months later. It took multiple calls, texts and emails to get a response. Owner, ****, said he would take care of it. Sent a man who came and tore out kitcken ceiling and said hed be back next day. Didnt come back. Again, multiple calls and texts and emails and now owner says its not his problem. Its the supervisor on the job who is responsible. But no one can get ahold of him. ***************** up on my mom and told her not to call him back. After about a week we got ahold of said supervisor who apparently doesnt work for company anymore but did come to finish ceiling. Thank to **** for that. We will, however, be filing further complaints against Rus Inc. and its owner.

    The owner of this company is a thief, and does horrible work. Had my roof completely redone and the first rain fall, it leaked! Called and called him to come repair it, he said he won't repair his own crappy work so I had to hire a different company to come fix the leak. I was then informed of why my roof failed within only a couple of months....I didn't get a new roof on my home, he just went right over top of the rotten old stuff with what I assume is new stuff. Don't use Rus inc
