On 03/15/2024 at 0800AM was my first, and last appointment with this business. I was the second patient in the door, and was greeted by friendly, kind, and prompt office staff. I filled some paperwork and within five minutes brought into a waiting room. The purpose of my visit was to establish care, and see if they had any skin probiotics to recommend for treating my mild acne.A few minutes in the waiting room and a nurse came in. She informed me the doctor would not be in but we could establish care and assured me we would be able to discuss my concerns. I was fine with this. I spent not more than five minutes in discussion with the staff in this room, during which they took pictures of my back, and we discussed the options for treatment. They did not have any recommendations for ski probiotics, and offered me a general handout on how to treat my acne. One piece of black and white paper. I left the office and went home. Total time in the office less than 15 minutes, this included me filling out my paperwork, waiting a couple minutes in between here and there, and the five minute consultation.Several weeks later I was shocked to receive an invoice code for a 45 minute office visit as "***** - OFFICE O/P NEW MOD 45 MIN." The total bill $419.90, on which an adjustment of $107.41 was offered to make $312.49. This was surely a mistake, and coded incorrectly I thought. A few moments ago I got off the phone for the fifth time with their office staff, who insisted that "this was billed on complexity." I had requested several times the billing or officer ******* contact me. They never did. I called repeatedly in attempts to speak with them, they were always with another patient. Apparently they had responded to me yet not left a voicemail...interesting business practice. This business is unjust, will bill you for services and time you did not receive, and see a five minute consultation on acne as a complex situation. Take your health, and money elsewhere.
