    I contracted a two-week board and train dog training service with Off Leash K9 Training, LLC, located in *********, Alaska. I paid $2,500 via Cash App to their business account on March 31st, with the training scheduled to take place from April 30th to May 14th. Despite payment and confirmation, no representative from the company ever contacted me to arrange pick-up of my dog or begin the service.After reaching out to the company regarding the missed training, I was informed that I would receive a full refund. However, as of the date of this report, I have not received the promised reimbursement. It appears that this business is engaging in deceptive practices by accepting payment for services they do not intend to deliver, and then ceasing communication with clients. I am requesting the assistance of the BBB in resolving this matter and obtaining a full refund.

    In December I contacted Off Leash k9 Training about a board and train starting February 17 through March 2. From February 3 through the 16th I tried contacting the company daily to get more information about the booking, especially since I already paid. On February ******************************* about the issue. ****** said he would send in for a refund and then offered me a board and train free of charge. As of March 5, I still do not have the refund and I can no longer get ahold of ******.

    Two week board and training for two dogs. Scheduled for January. A trainer was suppose to get in contact with me.Paid ***** dollars. November 15, 2024.January comes and no contact.I called ****** the owner. He said they had emergencies he would call me to reschedule. Never did. Called him again. He said he would refund me. Never did! I have text and called many times with the same response I will get you a check in the mail.
