I receive text messages to my phone EVERY SINGLE DAY, sometimes multiple. I have blocked and reported over 50 different phone numbers attached to those messages. I have called and asked for it to stop. I have never given my cell number nor permission for these harassing messages. The nearest Sicily's Pizza is over 350 miles away. This practice is extremely inconvenient, annoying and is harassment. The only action they have achieved from me is that I and my family will NEVER order from them when we are in an area that there is a ******'s. This needs to stop. Now.

Received a text message from Sicily's pizza that I could get one large pizza and get the second of equal or lesser value for free. Having ordered a large pizza there before I know they usually charge **** for a one topping pizza, calling to submit my order, I then found that they are charging 1**** for the same pizza and then just adding a free pizza the entire coupon or promotion. it was a scam . they need to stop text messaging people, privately, scam messages for promos. not good business.

Hello, the $9.99 pizza you are referring to is our pick-up/carry-out special price. In our text special, it says Buy any large pizza at regular price, get a second large pizza for free. Our regular price for a specialty large pizza is $19.99. We cannot combine the pick-up special and text special. I apologize for the confusion and I hope that makes sense!

I am a part-time ******* with an ****** phone number. Sicily's Pizza likes to send promotional text messages to customers. Sometime in the late 2010s, my phone number was added to their system. I never, at any point, purchased anything from Sicily's Pizza or provided them my phone number. When I "unsubscribe" (using the "STOP" message), I receive a confirmation that I will stop receiving text messages, but then I continue to receive messages anyway within a week (this happened multiple times). I went as far as to contact a lawyer and was preparing to pay him a retainer, but decided to post on BBB first to try to find a more serious solution. In May 2020, I posted all of this here BBB. The owner of Sicily's Pizza (I still believe to be a good man) actually called me and spoke with his "IT guys" on the same line to manually remove my phone number from their system. I then stopped receiving promotional texts for 38 months. Then, 38 months later (July 2023), I began receiving promotional text messages again. Once again, I never purchased anything or provided my phone number to them. I want my phone number completely removed from their system, not just temporarily paused! This time, I will request documentation that my phone number is removed, because I can no longer trust them.BBB posts expire and are deleted after 3 years, so my original post from May 2020 no longer appears online.

****, after reviewing the call recording and speaking to all parties involved, you were very disrespectful to my workers. When the driver picked up your pizzas it was clear there were multiple slices missing assuming you ate them therefore we only refunded you one pizza. I went ahead and refunded you the full amount. Please be kind.
