    I purchased the National park tour on 11 July 2023 (reservation # *******) with an original scheduled date of 29 July 2023. My daughter had a fever and flu that morning so I changed the date to 22 September which is allowed per their terms and conditions. This is a *********** tour and per their terms and conditions it is fully refundable up to 4 days prior to departure, which I had changed to 22 September. I recently received active duty orders to ************ from ***********, with a short notice departure date driving me to have to cancel my tour due to we will not have availability to travel down to Anchrorge. When I gave the required written notice I was informed they are non refundable because I am past the original departure date. I am aware the original date change was the same day as the original scheduled tour, but I was not informed this would make them non refundable and the terms and conditions do not state a date change within 4 days of original departure make them non refundable. The cancellation policy also does not differentiate that departure date is strictly the originally booked departure date.I have given the business written notice of desire to cancel and ample time to resell my seats, yet I'm still stuck with the tickets and if I attempt to transfer them to another family I am being told its a 15 dollar fee per ticket because iv'e already made a change. Bottom line: I understand cancelling withing the 4 days prior to the original departure date would be non refundable, It was not clear on the phone or in the terms and conditions that they would still be non refundable if the date was changed and I requested cancellation well before the 4 day requirement of an adjusted date.
