      I have purchased several items over the years through Baileys. Bedframes, mattresses, sectional sofas, ******************* The pleather couches don't last & peel quickly after regular use. The mattresses are decent if you pick out the right one. But the bedframes are flimsy at best, and most of them wont endure moving once or twice.When picking up memory foam mattresses ensure you know the dimensions of what your purchasing so you know you're getting the size you paid for. This would have been an easy thing to catch if it was not a vacuum packed mattress. I purchased a Queen...had a friend pick up the mattress and when we got it home and opened it was a FULL SIZE MATTRESS that I could not return or get a refund on because we'd already left the premesis. I will never shop here for "new" furniture again.

      Disgrace of a Company! Cant get on base to deliver pieces, in a military town. Their word means nothing to them, I warn you DO NOT believe a word they say. They wanted to refund my money for delivery and then make me pay an external delivery driver that COULD get on base. No refund of any amount for inconvenience, on the date that was agreed ** upon for delivery. The delivery driver called and stated it would be the same delivery fee that Baileys charges, however the caveat is , that I HAVE to helpunbelievable. Businesses like this that are still doing business in a military town just to take advantage of people, Soldiers and their familys. If Im paying a delivery fee why am I helping. Do not give them your money, do not waste your time, do not give them your business! If I could rate 0/5 stars I would. My advice to Baileys is get your house in order, if you cant deliver to base then you need to tell customers upfront, you are scamming people out of time and money dealing with problems that are your business problems and your business problems alone, Nobody has time to deal with you uneducated and inept ability to do YOUR job! #getoutofbusinnes

      Tried spending $2k here, they decided to treat me like a piece of ****, so order has been canceled and I'll be going to their higher rated competitor ********, I would recommend you do the same.

      This particular business has practices that are not sound or just plain out unprofessional. I recently conducted business there on the 16th of Feb 2023 that entailed purchasing a couch set (3X) piece. Upon purchasing of these items, I was told and pen-inked on paper that it would be available between **** business days. I did not resolve the issue until 28th March 2023 in which I requested a full refund. It seems as though that was probably the best thing that could have happened after reading other reviews about this business poor practices. I also bought a coffee set (3X) piece to match the couch set which I am stuck with currently and cannot return. I am grateful that the final purchased will be refunded **** business days. I would ask that any potential customers for this particular business (Baileys Furniture) that you do your HOME-WORK! OR FAIL THE TEST! My review for this business is a HALF STAR! I wasted time and energy that I will never get back due to this business poor practices!

      My husband is a 100% disabled veteran. We have a mechanical failure that occurred on Sunday 9/18/22 on the recliner purchased a little over 1 yr ago. This is the second piece in this set that has failed within the last month. All purchased at the same time. In early Aug. 2022 One of the twin reclining loveseat recliners has also broken. We have the "Platinum Warranty Coverage" Paid $400 for added in home warranty service coverage for this set, so we filed our claims. We have gone back and forth with ********, trying to get these pieces of furniture exchanged. We even said we were willing to upgrade. To this point all we get is lip service, we have to wait for the warranty process, which could *********** months to a year to get to the end result - which will be they can't get the parts to fix the recliners because the set has been discontinued. Meanwhile we have 1 chair to set on in our living room. I have spoken to supervisors and managers, been told that there is nothing they can do. I even invited them to come over and sit on the floor with me, just to see if they appreciate it as much as we do. They declined. So, what do we do in this situation, what recourse do we have. Money doesn't rain from the sky or grow on trees. But, Two things I can do is tell everyone I can #1 I highly recommend you dont buy any extended warranty for any furniture you get from that store because they will leave you high and dry when it comes time to get the coverage you think youre paying for but you are not going to get that kind of service you would hope your $400 bought you in the first place and #2 TO NOT BUY FROM BAILEYS FURNITURE in ********* ****** please share far and wide

      First off the customer service is a complete f****** JOKE! Don't waste your time calling to get anything fixed. I purchased a sofa (massages/heated/reclines) in April between the 4 and the 8th. There were no issues with the purchase and delivery of my sofa. However, at the end of March 28th to be exact the sofa started making a mechanical grinding noise. I called baileys and asked about having someone come out and look at or make a claim for it. I was told that the service technician was not in and they'd call me back once he or she returned. I waited until two business days. I called again and was told the technician was still not in and they would call me once they returned. I inquired about why I haven't been given an eta on a time frame for this technician to call me and I was told because they are short staffed. I proceeded to wait 3 more business days and then I called again, this time I was told the technician was in ********* for some training. I waited another week and called back and was told that the technician would call me again to schedule my appointment. Another week went by and my husband called and spoke to someone who claimed to be the technician, they then called me and scheduled to come out on a Saturday at 12. Saturday came and at 2pm I called them because the technician did not show. I was told that the technician had not shown up for work that day because they were sick and that I would get another call once they returned. I asked why I hadn't received a call about them calling out sick and was told it was due to short staffing I was told again to wait. This went on for another week and a half before I was told by a woman ( very rude) that I needed to contact 5 star platinum the warranty purchased along with the sofa in case something like this did happen with me explaining everything prior she told me unfortunately there was nothing she could do. My husband then decided to call not even a second behind me and was told that they could actually
