    5/05/23 Rented ************* until 5/10/23. Card authorization for transaction was authorized same day. I moved to ****** 5/05/23 with limited funds, enough to cover rental, and my childrens needs. Big Mikes Tesoro waited two weeks to charge my account. When I rented the vehicle, the vehicle was NOT clean, in anyway, I had to wipe the entire vehicle down with Lysol, it was so bad my wife didn't feel comfortable having our kids in it with how unclean it was... I had $160 left until payday which I depended on to take care of my family's needs. I called big mikes with my complaint and asking to make it right, and was told "it's your job to watch your bank account". He refused to aid in anyway with no explanation for how that happened aside from "I had other employees working, it isn't my fault, I can't help you". Now I am from the lower 48, where customer *********************** and making it right come first when doing business. I am not someone who works hard for no reason, and to be taken advantage of by some small time rental company. **** was rude, made no effort to find a solution and hung up on me. The initial $1,000 deposit, never showed in my bank account from 5/05/23 to present. Total cost of rental charged to my account is ********* guess my online banking isn't working to verify exact amount). This created extreme hardship for my family and I, when I had everything planned and calculated based on initial moving costs once getting into town. I am working full-time, and am two weeks from my first pay check. I am requesting a full refund of the cost for the rental, based on condition of the vehicle, negligence to charge my account in a timely manner, and hardship caused by irresponsibility of the establishment. I too am a business man, I support good business, I also do not like being taken advantage of. I appreciate your time and efforts thank you.
